This video just went up Thursday on YouTube and already almost a million people have watched it. "Freezing in place" has a different meaning outside of Minnesota.

I think you can interpret this a number of ways, I look at it as a call for people to stop the rush and take a minute and breathe.



This past week in Boston people were remembering the 1 year anniversary of the Aqua Teen Hunger Force advertising bomb scare. Again bringing to light the reactionary world we live in. Look at some of the work here:

I love Improve Everywhere! This is the group that does the no pants subway rides in NYC. You can get some background to this mission at their website.

They have pulled off a lot of great stunts. Another great one was at Best Buy.

"Gothamist" the New York news blog had a link on Friday. This had such an interesting reaction - people stopped to look. No one was angry, not even the maintenance man trying to drive through it. There is applause when it ends. I thought of "The Fisher King" when Grand Central becomes a ballroom full of people dancing for just a minute.
