Our sister station MPR News has, like the Current, been a long time supporter of local artist and Doomtree member Dessa. She'll be on with Kerri Miller this morning at 10 a.m. That's 91.1 fm in the Twin Cities, (more stations in Greater Minnesota).


They had a lot to talk about: this Friday, she'll be playing a sold-out show at the Fitzgerald Theater (we're recording it, and will have a special + video clips airing Tuesday 11/8.) She's also curating her own night of the now-seven-day Doomtree blowout on Tuesday Dec. 6 at the 7th St. Entry.
