Local Music Exchange...What's Your Fave Hometown Experience?

Every night this week at 6.30pm here in MN and at 4.30 (the same time) in Seattle, we're swapping local music with KEXP. I asked my co-host Kevin Cole, who some of you might remember from KJ104 and Rev105 here in the TC's. He's been in his new hometown for 9 years now so I asked him what would be the ONE experience that he would advise a visitor to have while they're there. "Drink coffee", he said. Now Kevin has always been a man of few words but this is big news for us who remember him as a connoisseur of herbal tea, brewed to precision. Even he's been converted by the city's signature beverage and says that he loves how the coffee houses help the local music scene too. One's started a label!

What would you suggest to a first time tourist of your town? Tell us where you live, it doesn't have to be one of the two cities involved in this Exchange. Keep it short and sweet, like Kevin and I'll read a few of them each night.
