Friday Coffee Break: Songs About Music

Could that be simple enough for you? Well, we'll see. Today's topic for the 9:30 Coffee Break is songs that are about music itself - just mentioning "music" in their title, or some form or style of music (funk, soul, etc.). How many can you come up with?

Songs played:
Wild Cherry "Play That Funky Music"
The Replacements "I Hate Music"
G Love "Blues Music"
Sly and the Family Stone "Dance to the Music"
Ian Dury "Sex and Drugs and Rock 'n Roll"

Remember When the Music by Harry Chapin.

A tremendously nostalgic, great song. The Bruce Springsteen live version is great, too, but includes some long stories about Harry that wouldn't play too well on the radio.
