Sad News: Funkadelic member has died..

Earlier today Spinner reported that Garry Shider, the guitarist for Parliament-Funkadelic has passed away due to complications from brain and lung cancer.

I'll never forget the first P-Funk show I was at. After an hour of jamming, George Clinton came on stage smoking a joint and yelled "WHAT TIMES THE SUN COME UP ROUND HERE??" After a bunch of yelling from the crowd he said "Then we're partying till then!" followed by a funky tempo change and off they went. 4 and a half hours later it was over.. and I was about to drop dead from dancing all night. I remember counting, and there were 27 people on stage at one point!
