Thistled Spring, the new Horse Feathers record, just hit the shelves today. The band are playing at The Cedar along with Caroline Smith tonight. In honor of both of these ocassions, we are featuring the band and giving away their tune "Belly Of June" today on our Song Of The Day podcast. Horse Feathers set tonight at the Cedar was impeccable. Holy cow. Just absolutely great. They were worried that after three days of driving they wouldn't sound quite right; but wow, that was not a problem.
Caroline Smith and her awesome bass player started the night off on the right foot and set a great mood for the show.
