From the Web site:
Red River of the North is the second song on Rogue Valley's debut release, Crater Lake, which drops at a special show on April 10, 2010, at the Fitzgerald Theatre in St. Paul, MN. Rogue Valley is the new band led by Minneapolis-based songwriter Chris Koza.
Throughout the album, a sense of migration, wonderment, and optimistic melancholy weaves itself between starkly beautiful pastoral imagery, reflecting the band's experiences touring the vast stretches of the West coast. The songs and stories merge events and memories like an embellished memoir, blurring the lines between fiction, reality, memory and perception. Crater Lake is the first album in a series of four, each to be released in consecutive seasons
