Music that is free for you and free for me...

Sometimes during the member drive the studio just gets a little chaotic and I forget to blog about the great music you can grab for free each and every weekday on our Song Of The Day podcast.
Today we're featuring new music from the Auckland, New Zealand outfit, Ruby Suns. They'll be releasing their new record, Fight Softly on Tuesday. We wanted to get you excited for the release, in advance by giving you the tune "Cranberry." The band will be coming to town on April 2nd along with Toro Y Moi at Turf Club.
Yesterday we gave away the tune "Laisses Les Bon Temp Rouler" from Quasi's latest record American Gong. Since many of us don't look forward to paying the taxman on April 15th, they have actually given us a reason to look forward to that date by planning a show at Turf Club!
Tuesday was the two week anniversary of the stateside release of the Canadian band You Say Party! We Say Die!'s third album XXXX. In celebration, we gave away the tune "Laura Palmer's Prom."
Since they haven't announced any upcoming dates in theTwin Cities, I thought we could all enjoy a live performance of the tune..
Monday we offered up the tune "Games You Can Win" from RJD2. This tune features Kenna as a guest vocalist and you can find the song on RJD2's recently released fourth record The Colossus, which was released on his Electrical Connections label. Catch him live at The Triple Rock Social Club on March 15th.
Today is your last chance to grab their tune "Ice Age" from the duo of local musicians Mike Gunnerson and Bill Caperton from their debut as Ten Centuries, White Pines.
