Eels has a new album out titled End Times and it is our featured CD of the week! Eels is a rock band formed by singer/songwriter Mark Oliver Everett, better known as E. Other members of the band actually rotate frequently, both in the studio and on stage. E is the mastermind behind the band. Everett became interested in rock music at an early age, and began playing drums and piano at the age of six. As he grew older, Everett began leading a troubled teenage life, which was further complicated by his father's death. That turmoil led to an even stronger interest in music. He soon taught himself how to play his guitar and began writing his own original compositions. Nine albums later E is still making great music. End Times is his 10th release.
