Best Beatles 'Stache

It's time to ask the really hard question when it comes to the Beatles: Who had the best moustache? According to The Beatles Moustache Index, Ringo was the first with a moustache (and none of the other Beatles wore a moustache until 1966), but they all had some kind of facial hair in varying degrees. So who did it the best?

Just because the Beatles music is all available again doesn't mean it should be played to DEATH!!!

It is possible to get sick of good music when it gets put into heavy rotation.

Yes, the music was important in its time, and is still relevant today, but come on. Too much of good thing is not in itself a good thing, too.

Give us a break, and bring back the new music.

John - thx for the comment... we've been having fun celebrating this music - but just to let you know, the looks at the Beatles music has not replaced new music in our hours - we've played the Beatles songs each day in place of where we usually play something 'vintage' so what's actually been cut back the past few weeks is how much blues, jazz, soul, reggae we normally play - but just by a bit.

Wednesday we're wrapping it all up with the countdown of the Beatles Top 50 that several thousand Current listeners voted for... then we'll rest the Beatles for a while.

But anyway, Paul never really embraced the peach fuzz, Ringo always looked awkward, no matter what was going on below that gigantic snoz, and John took the facial hair a bit too far. Therefore, George, and only George, can be King o' the 'Stache.

I'll take six months solid of Beatles in heavy rotation any time, especially when it cuts down on the usual "heavy rotation" favorites, i.e. Death Cab for Cutie, etc. Thanks Current, for the welcome break.

I dunno', it's hard to decide. I always liked John's 'stache around the Pepper era.

As far as Beatles on the Current, I love that they're being played! Huge fan and Thanks to the Current for playing the songs that aren't always played!
