OK, the Black Keys aren't exactly going hip-hop, but in November they will release an album under the moniker Blackroc.
The self-titled album will feature some of the biggest names in hip-hop. Guests include Mos Def, Q-Tip, RZA, Pharoahe Monch, and the late Ol' Dirty Bastard, amongst others.
Apparently working with the legendary DangerMouse has rubbed off on the Akron, Ohio duo. Maybe after this they'll return to the simple duo setup and make a smoking hot blues inspired album in the vain of Rubber Factory?!
