My assignment today is an early celebration of St. Patrick's Day....it's comin' up Tuesday!

So we'll have a "green" thread running through my part of our Saturday. I'll play songs from Van Morrison, the Pogues, Boiled in Lead & the Waterboys...your song ideas are welcome too! BTW: No green beer allowed!

My favorite version of "Oh Danny Boy" is recorded by Three Irish Tenors. If this doesn't make you weep.......
A few other good ones I'd like to hear are "Little Green" by Joni Mitchell, "Galway Ghost" by Celtic Thunder, "Cry of the Celtic" by Flogging Molly, and a suggestion for a No Apologies track - "F*** You I'm Drunk" by the Dropkick Murphys. An inspiring drinking song! Thanks, I'm a huge fan!!!
