Jandek to Surface Again, with Darnielle in Tow

Jandek, the certified Yeti of popular music (which is to say he's even more mysterious than J.D. Salinger or Thomas Pynchon) is actually slated to take to the stage - for only the 41st time in his 31 year career - next Sunday in Chapel Hill. Even more notable: John Darnielle of the Mountain Goats will be joining him onstage. Playing keyboards. Fans of obscure indie are feeling thier heads about to explode.
