1968 - Led Zeppelin started their first tour in North American as Vanilla Fudge's supporting act.
1976 - The Sex Pistols recorded "God Save The Queen."
1981 - AC/DC's "For Those About To Rock We Salute You" was #1.
1999 - Curtis Mayfield died.
