Welcome back from the first phase of the holidays, folks! Perhaps it's time to work off some of those vast quantities of carbohydrates and animal fats you consumed over the last four days; if so, Deb Salzer of Duluth is here to help. "These songs make me wanna dance!" she says.

(BTW, I heard somewhere recently - actually, it was on Talk Of The Nation on KNOW last Friday - that we consume half of the total calories that we take in in a year between Thanksgiving and New Years Day. Is that physically possible? It certainly feels like it, at least...).
