I really enjoyed today's set - put together by Steve Quick of Maplewood. He writes, "If you make a list of people making interesting music for 30 years ... Tom Waits, Elvis Costello, Neil Young, and so on ... Mick Jones is one everyone forgets. And he's made unforgettable music!" Too true.
1) The Clash, "Lost In the Supermarket"
2) Big Audio Dynamite, "Contact"
3) Carbon/Silicon, "The News"
Three tunes from Mick's three projects over the years. Thanks a ton for a fine tribute, Steve.
