1978 - George Harrison married Olivia Arias.
1988 - The Human Rights Now! world tour kicked off in London featuring Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Peter Gabriel, Tracy Chapman and Youssu n'Dour.
1989 - Paula Abdul's "Cold Hearted" was #1.
2002 - Thieves broke into Bjork's home in London and stole recording equipment. 2005 - Kanye West went off-script to say "George Bush doesn't care about black people" during a live benefit show.
