1979 - Led Zeppelin's album In Through The Out Door was #1.
1988 - Mark Knopfler announced the end of Dire Straits (they reformed in 1991.)
2004 - Johnny Ramone died.

Arye Lovestrand doesn't explain his set very much today - but just says simply, "This set list is going out to all you home schoolers out there! Rock on!" That's kind of you, Arye. Home schoolers need to rock too.
