"My 3 Songs" for Monday

Posted at 2:28 PM on September 8, 2008 by Steve Seel

I especially enjoyed todays M3S set, and the sentiment behind it as well - from Carrie Vono of Roseville. "These are three positive songs about death," she says. "I love that instead of focusing on the sadness death brings, they focus on the fullness you can find in life when you love someone."

1) Death Cab For Cutie, "I Will Follow You Into The Dark"
2) Jeremy Messersmith, "Old Skin"
3) The Flaming Lips, "Do You Realize?"

Thanks Carrie.
