1958 - Feargal Sharkey (Undertones) was born.
1959 - Danny Bonaduce (The Partridge Family) was born.
1965 - Jefferson Airplane made its debut performance in San Francisco.
1979 - Chic's "Good Times'' was Billboard's #1.
1988 - Robert Smith (The Cure) married Mary Poole.
1990 - Curtis Mayfield was paralyzed from the waist down after he was struck by a lighting rig.
1994 - Woodstock '94 began.
1999 - Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots) was sent to jail for violating his probation by using illegal drugs.
