A belated anniversary set from Jacquie from Minneapolis today. Jacquie writes, "These three songs are for my husband, Philip, because today is our third wedding anniversary" (which was actually last week, but we're just getting around to airing her set today -- hopefully late is better than never Jacquie).
1) My Morning Jacket, "Golden"
2) Silver Jews, "I'm Getting Back Into Getting Back Into You"
3) Neil Young, "Harvest Moon"
First, "A song for yesterday (we courted a lot to My Morning Jacket)," followed by "one for today (that Silver Jews song - to me - represents the way we're constantly re-creating this relationship)," and finally, "Neil Young, and a song to take us into tomorrow. I hope to dance with Philip to 'Harvest Moon' at our golden 50th, if we're still standing then!"
