"My 3 Songs" for Thursday

In honor of our "daisy day" out on Nicollet Mall -- where we were out in the sunshine giving out daisies to help celebrate springtime -- we took the liberty of picking the tunes just for today.

E is not a musician you associate with 'boundless joy', but I smile every time I listen to that song and he shouts out "here we go!" just before the bridge. Sure, it's the sound of a man trying to convince himself to be happy, but it rubs off on the listener for real.
