"My 3 Songs" for Tuesday

Posted at 2:15 PM on May 6, 2008 by Steve Seel

We continue today to give some of our local music luminaries a chance to pick their 3-song sets, as part of our MN150 celebrations all week long. Today, we hear from Ian Anderson, president of both Afternoon Records (the label he started in high school) and Say Rah Records, and guitarist for local band One for the Team, which just signed to Militia Group. Ian also does press for Vitriol Independent Promotions and blogs for MFR (Minneapolis F-ing Rocks).

Ian's set:

1) Coconut Records, "West Coast"
2) Sloan, "She Says What She Means"
3) Weezer, "Across the Sea"

That was a a triple-play of some guitar-pop goodness, Ian. Delicious. Thanks!!!
