1974 - John Lennon made the headlines after a drinking binge with Harry Nilsson where he insulted the Smothers Brothers and punched their manager.
1977 - The Sex Pistols were involved in a fight at London's Speakeasy Club resulting in the decision to cancel the Pistols contract and production of "God Save The Queen."
