The rebirth of vinyl?

Vote for The Greatest Rock 'n Roll Band Ever.

Of Montreal's Kevin Barnes and MGMT's Andrew Wyngarden have formed new sideproject, Blikk Fang.

Today In Music History:
1902 - Eddie James "Son" House was born.
1950 - Roger Hodgson (Supertramp) was born.
1976 - Iggy Pop and David Bowie were busted for drugs in New York.
1984 - A portion of Central Park was named Strawberry Fields in honor of John Lennon.
1987 - Club Nouveau was #1 with their version of the Bill Withers tune "Lean On Me."
2000 - Soul Coughing reportedly disbanded.

A Sony BMG rep told a panel on vinyl that the company is working on releasing its entire back catalog on vinyl.
