It's some musical coffee today from Aaron Stoltman of Mpls, who writes, "LIke so many unfortunates, I spend my day behind a desk fighting and endless war against the 'unproductive' characteristics of falling asleep. These songs possess the energy and variety necessary to aid me and hopefully others in the fight to stay up!"
1) The American Anaglog Set, "The Hatist"
2) Matthew Dear, "Shy"
3) MGMT, "Electric Feel"
Personally, I think we should have naptime at the office instead. But that's just me.

Well hello. I will be sporadically checking in from Austin TX!
It's been a long day already but it's just getting started. We are setting up camp at our broadcast facility at 7th & Red River. Been here for a couple of hours and already have ran into Kim from the Fine Line, Sonja from 1st Avenue, Taco from the Cabooze and legendary Twin Cities journalist Jim Walsh. I don't run into that many familiar faces in the Twin Cities in a week!
While waiting for my connecting flight I ran into one of the groups we'll be featuring , Wye Oak. They are a charming new duo from Baltimore. They will be live on our broadcast Saturday. I am very exited about them.
Now it's time to figure out what to do next!
