Boy, it seems just about everybody is pining for Spring right about now. I'm not so sure why we do this, since it is, after all, only the first week of March; you understand, people, that we could have snow until ice until the end of April. Maybe it was that lousy commute yesterday morning that just sufficiently ticked everybody off to put them over the edge.
But anyway. Molly Peterson of St. Paul is ready for the change of season, and at the very least is determinded to bring about some change sonically. She writes, "I love these three songs because they are light and springy to me. They make me want to be in the sun, drive with my windows down, and put a smile on my face."
1) Andrew Bird, "Tables and Chairs"
2) The Little Ones, "Cha Cha Cha"
3) The Boy Least Likely To, "Be Gentle With Me"
Thanks Molly. I think those tunes did the job.
