Today's set was chosen by Nick Dellwo in Minneapolis...
Mountain Goats - Dance Music
Elvis Costello - Senior Service
Brother Ali - Walking Away
He chose a very conceptual theme of 3 songs where the music puts you in a differenmt place than the lyrics...Nice Work!

Somebody, somewhere, once said that where there is love, there is pain. This week The Shuffler cranked out five songs about five different kinds of love. Sometimes randomness is a beautiful thing. I’ll just let the music speak for itself.
“All These Things,” Elvis Costello & Allen Toussaint
“Tired of Being Alone,” Al Green
“Babe, I’m Gonna Leave You,” Led Zeppelin
“I Hope That I Don’t Fall in Love With You,” Tom Waits
“Lonesome Day Blues,” Bob Dylan
Please take some time out of your busy day to show some love to Minnesota Public Radio. Become a member today!
