1970 - Jefferson Airplane was fined $1,000 for using profanity during a show in Oklahoma City.
1977 - Keith Richards was arrested for possession of heroin and cocaine.
1980 - Michael Jackson wons his very first Grammy (Best R&B Performance.)
1984 - The Jacksons' Pepsi commercial premiered on MTV.
1991 - James Brown was released from prison after serving two years.
