9.30 We'll be giving away tix for the St.Vincent show all week.

but was released 2 weeks ago in UK and this is what the BBC thought.

Frank Black appears to be arrested but the bobbies are just giving him a lift!

10.30 New music from New Zealanders The Ruby Suns.
Not often you see a review suggesting that the band should
be sent into schools to teach kids!

11.10 Matt Costa are playing a sold out show at The Varsity tonight
despite having a lot of gear stolen in Winnipeg over the weekend!

11.30 Roxy Music will be back on the road this year, at Northrup Auditorium July 31st.

11.45 Cat Power adds more dates. Good to hear that she is putting on some great shows with this new band. Bill DeVille was raving about her First Ave gig on the Musicheads blog this weekend.

Annalisa is an artist and our MTS guest today, she says;
"I spend a lot of time listening while working in my studio in Lowertown, St.Paul.
I often have ideas for this set but I've never sent one in before. I realized that I could get one of my favourite bands on the air, Psychedelic Furs, if I found two more President songs, and I did!"
