Rebate

If the US Government gives us a $800 rebate this year, would you save it or spend it on...a new guitar amplifier? What do you think of the current financial picture?

I'd love to put it toward a laptop and some ProTools, or some kind of music editing software. My old Mac SE finally died and I haven't been able to record anything for months. I still have the Tascam 8-track cassette recorder, but having the sequencing software made things a whole lot easier. It's time I stepped out of the analog and into the digital age...

or, I'd love to get a 12-string electric. Maybe a Danelectro or something like that. I could never afford a Rickenbacker 12-string...
