"My 3 Songs" for Tuesday

1) The Format, "She Doesn't Get It"
2) Rilo Kiley, "Breakin' Up"
3) Rooney, "When Did Your Heart Go Missing"

Danceable and sweet, sweet, sweet, Greg. You may now be feeling the hypoglycemia kicking in. But hey, we all need a confectionary component to our diets.

I've probably written about this on the music blog before, but another prime example of danceable heartbreak from this year was the new Of Montreal album, Hissing Fauna, Are You the Destroyer?".

I've thought about this subject before: happy music for sad sentiments. Even more difficult to pull off is sad music for happy sentiments. Any examples?
