1950 - Tina Weymouth (Talking Heads) was born.
1965 - Bob Dylan married Sara Lowndes.
1968 - Rasa Don (Arrested Development) was born.
1976 - Jerry Lee Lewis was arrested for drunk driving.
1978 - Karen O (Yeah Yeah Yeahs) was born.
1987 - Jim Reid (Jesus and Mary Chain) was arrested in Canada after assaulting the audience with his microphone stand.
1990 - Bill Wyman (Rolling Stones) announced that his marriage to model Mandy Smith was over.
1997 - Michael Hutchence (INXS) was found dead in a Sydney hotel.
2005 - Poems written by Bob Dylan in his college days sold for nearly $80,000 at a New York auction.

Seems like a bumper crop of good movies about music out right now, Ian Curtis and Joe Strummer pics, now 'I'm Not There' about Dylan ,'About A Son' about Kurt Cobain, and on the horizon, perhaps Ronnie Wood amid rumors of a Faces reunion!?!?
