1936 - Bill Wyman (The Rolling Stones) was born.
1959 - Weird Al Yankovic was born.
1962 - James Brown recorded Live At The Apollo.
1962 - Debbie Googe (My Bloody Valentine) was born.
1967 - Pink Floyd were forced to cancel a US tour when Syd Barrett refused to lip synch "Arnold Layne" on American Bandstand.
1973 - John Lennon began litigation against the US government, he accused them of tapping his phone.
1977 - Keith Richards pleaded guilty to possessing heroin and was given a one year suspended sentence and ordered to perform a benefit concert.
