Posted at 12:28 PM on October 24, 2007 by Steve Seel

Tracy Hirigoyen of St. Paul writes, "One of the many things my boyfriend Derek and I share is a love for Minnesota music. I want to send out three of our faves ... I know he's listening to The Current while he works, and I am sure these will bring a smile to his face."

1) Cloud Cult, "Pretty Voice"
2) The Hold Steady, "South Town Girls"
3) Trampled By Turtles, "Codeine"

Thanks Tracy!

While I'm thinking about it, we've got a live in-studio version of Cloud Cult performing that tune on our lovely new Live Current Vol. 3 CD. AND, we've got video of that very performance too! We're cookin' with gas today, truly.
