Way back in the seventh grade I was a spelling bee champ. As a result, nearly 30 years later, we regularly hold spelling bees at home with Red's weekly spelling list. Don't worry, we don't recreate scenes from Spellbound. Those kids were insane!

No, it's all good, clean fun. Her latest list included the word respect. Well, how could I resist such an invitation?

Today's SFR is Aretha Franklin's Respect.
