Concerts

Tis the season for great concerts in the Twin Cities! What band/artist are you looking forward to seeing live? I'm going to The Flaming Lips Sunday night, I can't wait. I'm thinking that I MUST see Springsteen as well (and Van Halen, but I'm worried about getting too excited about that one).

On to something that has nothing to do with music... I can't stop watching the Ice Road Truckers show on the History Channel.

New Pornographers! They cancelled their First Ave show 2 years ago, so this should be a fun time. Wilco and Springsteen too (I SUPPOSE) and probably Jens Lekman again too. Oddly, I've seen all 4 acts perform live before, but that still appeals to me. Some people can't see the same band play twice, others are different.

There are about 8 concerts on my calendar right now, but without question the 2 I'm the most looking fwd to are Kaddisfly and Ours/The Dear Hunter even though I've seen them all this year a few times already.

TNP, Editors/Biffy Clyro, Appleseed Cast among others. I hope the word about another Silverchair show happens in December as talked about too.
