"Song for Red," June 16, 2007 - "You're the Real Deal Honey"

Big week coming up...Red turns lucky number 7 and we hit the road for our first family cross-country road trip. I wanted to play The Coctails' "Road Hog" since I'm sure we'll be encountering a healthy number of them as we make our way to Colorado.
But Red exercised her right to veto my choice and insisted on hearing her song of the moment. I didn't have nearly enough pull to override her decision but who I am to argue with her? It's a killer tune.
Today's SFR is Basement Jaxx and "Good Luck," featuring a ferocious vocal supplied by Lisa Kekaula of The BellRays.
