Will be playing the inagural Treasure Island Music Festival along with Thievery Corporation, Modest Mouse, Gotan Project, DJ Shadow & Cut Chemist, Built To Spill, MIA and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah. The show is taking place September 15 & 16 in the San Francisco Bay. Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga will be in stores on July 10th.

They've got a handful of summer shows scheduled.

Will be opening for Beastie Boys in the UK.

Today Sarah DeReus offers up these three "local acts that even my 'new-music-hater' sister would like!"

3) Stook, "A Song Is More Than Just A Song"

Stook is doin' a late-night (11pm) acoustic thing at the Acadia Cafe tonight, while Joanna's playing a show tomorrow at The Turf, along with Luke Redfield, Aviette and Martin Devaney.

Guest DJ Set 6/29

Cinematic Orchestra is led by Jason Swinscoe and he will bringing a full live performance to the Fine Line on Sept 21st.
It is a visual extravaganza as you can see on his website. We played the last five tracks from the newest release 'Ma Fleur', featuring most prominantly on the track "Breathe' the vocals of the legendary Fontella Bass.

Next week it will be another DJ ESP set and tomorrow he will be at the Amatuer Psychology Convention!
