It was recently announced that The Polyphonic Spree have signed on to TVT Records. They will release their 3rd full length, The Fragile Army in June. The album was partially recorded in Cannon Falls, Minnesota.
Carling Weekend line up announced. Reading Fest. Leeds Fest.
Antony Hagerty (Antony & The John sons) says "NO" to bootlegging live shows.
Best of CD and documentary will mark the 10th anniversary of Jeff Buckley's tragic passing.

I still laugh when I see "Polyphonic Spree", thinking of the uproar their Upwithpeopleish "Hold Me Now" caused in the original MPR forums. Great memories!
Oh? I haven't heard about the "Hold Me Now" hullabaloo. I'll ask around.
Hah! I remember that. There was a lot of polarization. People either hated it or loved it. AuntieSmedley always (and still does) refer to it as the "Up With People" song because that's what it sounds like. Yep, that was one heckuva fight.
