"My Three Songs" for Friday, 3-23-07

I had a great time as always filling in for Steve Seel today. I usually rock the late night at the Current so tend to play the party jams for folks. But there is something to be said about playing music for people to whistle or groove to while they work. I try to make it a personal mission each time I DJ during a day shift to prevent people from truly getting anything done while at work. I mention that if their boss gets mad they can blame me.

Mary from Golden Valley(my hometown!) picked three perfect songs for lunch break today. She even left her desk to go out to her car to jam the tunes loud with the windows rolled down which I agree with her is often the best way to listen to music.

The Hopefuls "Pretty Big Mouth" (they play the Triple Rock tonight!)
