Joni Mitchell Gets a Tribute and a Guitar

I’m a Joni Mitchell fan, so I’m happy to see she's planning to release a disc this year and will be honored on a new collection with covers from Bjork, Sufjan Stevens and others. They also had a Joni tribute over the weekend in Toronto, presenting her with a nice new guitar! Does she need one?
It is nice to read about Joni facing the press and graciously receiving accolades, taking her rightful place as an inspiration and wise elder for songwriters everywhere. A Jedi Master, perhaps? In this photo in the Vancouver Sun, she does resemble Yoda.
