According to the BBC, about 20 song manuscripts written by Marvin Gaye have been discovered, and they are to go to auction in London next week. As rock 'n' roll memorabilia goes, this may not really register on the Richter scale. But we noticed this:
The auction, which includes a Madonna bustier, takes place at Leicester Square's Sound venue on 29 November.
Which prompts the following questions: (1) Has there ever been a rock memorabilia auction that did not include a Madonna bustier? (2) Will the world ever run out of its rich supply of Madonna bustiers?
I haven't gotten anything done today. My life's been dull today, but shrug. I can't be bothered with anything recently, but oh well. I've just been sitting around doing nothing. What can I say? So it goes.
