The drinking game really is good for a chuckle, especially for Pitchfork afficionados. They hit the nail on the head with the one about re-issues that would have gotten a 6 back in the day that get a 9 or 10 now. I have a feeling that they would have lambasted "Born to Run" as being an overblown followup to "The Wild, the Innocent, etc.", whereas the reissue gets a 10. So does this mean that the White Stripes' "Elephant" is destined for a 10 in years to come? More interestingly, will the reissues of "Kid A" and "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot" wind up with 6.2s?
Also, I gave a half-bored scan to the NME article, but there's a killer Separated At Birth lurking within that televangelist shot of Brandon Flowers.
