More news of fun and hard work from Ouija Radio, on the road in the Southwest. Christy writes:

We were supposed to play with Green Milk from the Planet Orange from Japan at a club called Solar Flare. It was already to go but turns out the club hated us so they kicked us off the bill. Our promoter did his best to get us at another club but most everything was booked so we ended up playing at a DYI/anarchist venue kind of off the beaten path. There were some kids there and everybody really appreciated us but we made 19 dollars from a donation bucket and sold a couple of buttons. This is really hard when you need a guitar repair and gas money and have no money left.

That should disabuse you of the idea that rock 'n' roll is all groupies and booze. But bookers cancelling bands that they "hate"? Christy, give us the address and we'll send a nice thank you gift to your favorite bookie.
