Serious YouTube geeks will remember "Guitar," currently number five on the list of all-time most-favorite videos on the website. It features an anonymous electric-guitar player sitting on his bed, riffing on Pachabel's Canon in D, making Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and Yngwie Malmsteen look like Shrinky Dinks. Now the New York Times has gotten to the bottom of the mystery--you knew it was a mystery, right?-- revealing the identity of the world's greatest living guitarist-elect. He is Jeong-Hyun Lim, a 23-year-old Korean musician.
OK, that's all fine for screwing around at work. But when it's Miller Time? We'll stick with the world's simplest rock 'n' roll song ever recorded, which has been stuck in our craw for weeks.
