This recently from Moviemaker Magazine is intriguing, if only for the lack of Minnesota cities, in fact other than Des Moines, Upper Midwestern cities. Given the huge amount of talent and expertise in Minnesota, this could be seen as a call to action. However it also would mean a commitment of money in the form of larger tax incentives from the state, which is unlikely given the projected state deficit.
