See the inauguration on a big screen

There may well be more places doing this, but I know for sure both the Riverview Theater in Minneapolis and the Parkway also in Minneapolis, are both opening their doors to show the inauguration on their big screens.

Both events are free, although there will also be refreshments for sale. Also in the spirit of the day, the Riverview will have representatives of various service groups seeking volunteers, and the Parkway will host an open mike so people can talk about what the day means to them.

Doors at both theaters open at 9.30 am on Tuesday, and will stay open until the ceremonies wrap up.
