I have been remiss in not featuring my colleagues movie work on the air recently. Check out Cathy Wurzer's interview with local writer Kate DiCamillo whose novel "The Tale of Despereaux" has been adapted for the screen, and will be released this weekend.
And for some holiday party conversation fodder check out Nikki Tundel's piece on how a recession can have an impact on how the public perceives beauty in women. (I don't know what it says that the economy has no impact on perceptions of male beauty, although it must be a relief to Hugh, George, and Brad.)
