Maybe I've just been spoiled

It really struck me today that I drove for half an hour to go see a film. Perhaps it's because the sun was shining, and it seemed a shame to be heading indoors for an afternoon screening.

Yet it's also because there are fewer theaters closer to where I live. A whole bunch have closed in recent years. It's maybe just how the world goes, but it makes me a little sad.
